Nukes against nukes: Answer to NATO, Russia to deploy nuclear capable Iskander Missiles in Belarus to

The ongoing Russia-Ukraine War is about to tense more, and this tension is not only for Russia and Ukraine, but also for the major supporting forces outside the battlefield.

With the steady advancement of the Russian army in the Donbas region, the control of Severo Donetsk has fallen in the hands of Russian army. Although Ukrainian President Zelensky has a tough attitude, he is still chanting “all lost ground will be regained”, but in the eyes of the world, the direction of the war has become more and more clear.

Some analysts believe that if this trend continues, the remaining advantages of the Ukrainian army will disappear step by step in one fierce battle after another until they are unable to resist.

According to the latest reports, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in a conversation with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko that the United States has deployed 200 tactical nuclear warheads in the six member states of Europe, additionally, the United States has also deployed 257 fighter jets to carry these nuclear warheads.

During this meeting, Putin expressed concern about the behavior of the United States. Some Russian media houses speculated that the focus of the meeting between the two was to establish an air force base with nuclear weapons in Belarus.

And Lukashenko was also deeply worried about a series of provocative actions by the Lithuanian and Polish governments during this period. He once again asked Putin to equip Belarusian fighter jets with nuclear warheads, or at least help to upgrade Belarusian military aircraft.

But Putin believes that there is no need to implement reciprocal measures, but in order to ensure the security of all CSTO countries, including Belarus, Russia decided to help Belarus train pilots and help upgrade the Su-25 fighter jets serving in the Belarusian military. In addition, Putin also promised to provide Belarus with the “Iskander-M” missile system.

This move is very unusual. Putin had promised to provide Belarus with not the “Iskander-E” missiles designed for export, but the “Iskander-M” missiles used by the Russian army. The later is more powerful than the former. Putin’s statement shows Russia’s trust in Belarus, and it also sends a dangerous signal to the world.

The “Iskander-M” missile system is the most advanced operational and tactical missile in active service in the Russian army, and can be called the “trump card”. Although Putin has not disclosed whether he will provide Belarus with nuclear warheads, there are already many news in the world that this is a signal that Putin intends to deploy nuclear weapons to Belarus.

There are two main reasons why this matter is so sensitive.

1) The risk of Belarus entering the war is visibly increasing.

Before the meeting between the Presidents of Russia and Belarus, the Ukrainian military said that the Chernihiv region in northern Ukraine was suddenly attacked by a “large-scale attack” from Belarus, which was quickly recognized by the Russian side. The Russian side said that the Russian army had launched 20 rockets from Belarus and the rockets landed in Ukraine.

Such an action is very rare, and it is something new in the current situation, which means that the possibility of Belarus entering the war is increasing.

Of course, Belarus participation in the war will be not entirely to help Russia, but for its own national security. Although Belarusian President Lukashenko once said that he would not participate in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

Lukashenko believes that the current situation has changed. The front of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict is developing from Smolensk to Rostov, Belarus, as a “balcony” on this front, is likely to be swallowed up by the West as an obstacle, so Belarus does not rule out the possibility of entering the war.

In addition, the continuous provocation of Lithuania and Poland also made Belarus quite uneasy. A few days ago, Belarus had deployed at least 7 battalions of troops to the Belarus-Ukraine border, and also deployed some battle tanks.

Putin’s remarks gave Lukashenko a “reassurance”. Once the “Iskander” missiles are deployed in Belarus, the combat effectiveness and deterrence of Belarus will be greatly increased, which will definitely make some NATO countries feel the heat.

2) The United States launched a provocation and Belarus responded. The two camps confronted each other, and the risk of nuclear war increased.

At the critical moment of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the United States deployed 200 nuclear warheads in six European countries. What is the purpose of this? Of course, it is deterring Russia, but it does not rule out the possibility that the United States can’t afford to offend Russia, so it will “stab” Belarus first.

The destinies of Russia and Belarus are closely linked, and the situation in Europe is fierce and turbulent. It is normal for Belarus to feel uneasy. However, by now, most of Lukashenko’s anxiety has been removed, because once the “Iskander” missile is deployed, many NATO member states will enter the strike range of Belarus, including Germany, Poland and so on.

Especially recently, Poland has become more and more arrogant in the situation in Russia and Ukraine. It not only provided Ukraine with various lethal weapons, but also helped in sending a large number of mercenaries towards the battlefield.

Last month, Polish President Duda said in a speech: “There will be no border between Poland and Ukraine.” Although Duda wanted to express more convenient assistance to Ukraine, some analysts pointed out that Duda’s statement revealed his intention to “annex Ukraine”.

Lukashenko also believes that Poland is likely to attack cities in western Ukraine, take advantage of the war, and annex these areas little by little, making them Polish territory.

And this is another means of NATO’s eastward expansion.

Lukashenko also said that if Poland dares to do so, Belarus may send troops to fight with the Russian army to protect western Ukraine.

It is undeniable that when more and more countries will be involved in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the more complicated the problem will be, but after all, it was the United States that first turned Europe into a “nuclear bomb base”, and then Russia deployed “Iskander” to Belarus. Nuclear weapons against nuclear weapons are also a response to the provocation of the United States.

This has also expanded the conflict between Russia and Ukraine to a confrontation between the two camps. NATO led by the United States has continued to expand its military, and the Collective Security Organization composed of Russia, Belarus and other countries has responded to this. The world regards it as a step towards the Third World War.

The more this war escalates, more it will lead to unimaginable consequences.
