For the first time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the Russian armed forces post with the use of 8 Himars MLRS.
The simultaneous use of 8 Himars MLRS launchers at once for striking is recorded for the first time, which does not exclude the possibility that the Ukrainian military formed a battery of 8 systems at once in order to be able to strike at a large number of targets at once.
On the video frames already published by Defence VIew journalists, it was previously erroneously calculated that we are talking about the use of 4 Himars MLRS launchers. Nevertheless, as it became known, we are talking about a formation of 8 launchers, which, judging by the video, fired three missiles each. So by looking at the video total of at least 24 missiles were fired at Russian post. However, currently it still unknown on which area targeted by Ukraine. But judging from the previous destruction of HIMARS no doubt 24 missile will seriously effect Russian troops.
Video frames, according to the source, were made on the territory of the Mykolaiv region, although until recently it was assumed that only 4 Himars systems were located here.
Quite remarkable is the fact that the United States has dramatically increased the supply of ammunition for the Himars MLRS, which may be due to additional clandestine deliveries of multiple launch rocket systems to the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces since recently Washington has not disclosed all the weapons transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as was observed with anti-radar missiles, AGM-88A Harm.
Yesterday it was reported that an individual suspected of espionage received instructions from a representative of the Russian security services to collect and send them data about the location of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as their weapons and ammunition storehouses in Mykolaiv Oblast.
