Poland announced the gratuitous delivery of 10 Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine.
The Polish authorities decided to give Ukraine a batch of 10 Leopard 2A4 tanks free of charge. The latter will be enough to form a full-fledged company; however, in all likelihood, the fact of the transfer of tanks to Ukraine indicates that Poland intends to initiate the process of mass supply of weapons by other countries, including Germany, Finland, Sweden, etc.
During a meeting between the leaders of Poland, Lithuania, and Ukraine, Polish President Andrzej Duda announced that Poland would provide Ukraine with a company of Leopard 2 tanks. The latter will be used in Ukraine for the first time. However, experts note that, in reality, ten NATO-style combat vehicles are unlikely seriously change the situation.
“Both Ukraine and Poland are well aware that ten tanks will not change the situation. A hundred tanks will not change it, although the latter is definitely better than the T-55, T-64, and T-72 available to Ukraine. However, Warsaw is trying to ensure that other countries also organize the supply of these vehicles. We can potentially talk about 300 -400 combat vehicles, which can already pose a very serious threat “, – the expert marks.
When exactly the transfer of Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine is unknown; however, according to experts, this is unlikely to happen before March of this year.
Pakistan sends 160 artillery shells to Ukraine.
Pakistan has sent a month’s supply of ammunition for Ukrainian artillery to Ukraine.

Despite the rather friendly relations between Islamabad and Moscow, it became known that Pakistan sent Ukraine 159 sea containers with 155-mm ammunition. Considering that each such container is capable of holding more than a thousand shells, the total supply is at least 160 thousand shells; however, depending on the dimensions of the containers, the number of such shells can be much larger.
Sending Ukraine ammunition in the amount of 160 thousand 155-mm artillery pieces. Shells allow, with an average consumption of this ammunition, to hold out for Ukraine for at least another month, and to take into account the fact that several hundred thousand more 155-mm caliber shells were recently sent to Kyiv from the USA. and 152-mm., it is obvious that the ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will last at least until the spring.
Islamabad has not yet commented on the supply of ammunition to Ukraine. However, there is evidence that Ukraine intends to provide maintenance for Pakistani helicopters and modernize Pakistani T-80 tanks, which Pakistan is interested in.
