The Russian army took control of the settlement. Dorozhnyanka in the Zaporozhye region. This afternoon it became known that the Russian military was able to take control of the settlement. Dorozhnyanka in the Zaporozhye region. The Russian defense department voiced information on this subject.

The village of Dorozhnyanka is located only 6 kilometers from the city of Gulyaipole, which opens up the possibility of launching an offensive against this settlement.

Until recently, n.p. Dorozhnyanka was in the so-called “gray zone”; however, due to the intensification of offensive operations, the Ukrainian troops were forced to retreat to other lines of defense, presumably towards the city of Huliaipole.

Advancement in this direction makes it possible to level the front line, from where an offensive can be organized both in the northern and western directions, including Zaporozhye.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has not yet announced any details on this matter; however, given that the Armed Forces of Ukraine began to retreat in the Zaporozhye direction, this can create support for a large-scale offensive by the Russian army.
